The Criminal Records division compiles and disseminates reports and associated documents related to all criminal arrests, offenses and incidents. We also house all warrants issued by the 22nd Judicial District Court through the agency. The Criminal Records staff serves as an integral part of justice system, ensuring the timely delivery of case files to the District Attorney’s office for the adjudication of those cases.
Agency reports are released in accordance with Louisiana public records law (Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 44). For additional information related to the release of crash reports, please refer to L.R.S. 32:389.
*Reports in excess of 20 pages, and photos sets in excess of 20 photos will incur an additional fee of $0.50 per page/photo
**Any records produced on CD/DVD or USB will incur an additional fee for cost of the media
